3.2. Following the enrolment, Abc Learning Academy Limited sends a preform invoice to the user (which also serves as a confirmation of the place reservation at the course). This will be sent to the user at the email address that he / she has filled in in the “Billing Data” section of the on-line subscription form!

4.2. Prroforma invoice is automatically generated, so Abc Learning Academy Limited reserves its unconditional right to cancel the proforma invoice and provide explanations to the user at its request!

5.2.Abc Learning Academy Limited does not guarantee that the proforma invoice will always reach the destination is better to take it from our office. The causes may be related to unintended errors of Abc Learning Academy Limited, or the servers used! In the event of a change in date and if the user has already paid the participation fee, he may request a refund of the fee or reprogramming for a course at a later date! The participation fee will not be refunded if the venue changes or the trainer who supports the course.

11.2. Abc Learning Academy Limited practices two discounts: for people who enrol two or more people or acquire two or more courses). The two discounts are not cumulative and apply only when the course value exceeds an (amount) established by the academy.

12.2. Abc Learning Academy Limited can practice a discounting system for early enrolment. These discounts are only valid when paying the fee within the term mentioned on the site on the course page and may be cumulative with the volume discount or the old customer discount but only if the value of the service to be subjected to these discounts is negotiated by Abc Learning Academy at our office.

13.2. Payment of the participation fee to the training is the confirmation of the user that he / she wishes to participate in the training and also the fact that the user has understood the terms and conditions as well as what includes the participation fee according to the information displayed at each course!

14.2 If the user pays the participation fee (in whole or in part) and subsequently, for any reason, no longer wishes or can no longer participate, he may request and receive the return of the paid amounts in the following weights and conditions:

Full repayment if the waiver is notified in writing to Abc Learning Academy Limited at least 30 days before the start of the course

-reimbursement of 50% of the paid amounts if the waiver is notified in writing to Abc Learning Academy Limited at least 7 days before the start date of the course

15.2. If the user pays (in whole or in part) the participation fee and does not announce in writing at least 7 days before the start date of the course his intention not to participate, Abc Learning Academy Limited has the right not to refund the collected amounts and not allow reprogramming the course for another date.

16.2. the user will always have the right to delegate another person to participate in the course without paying any additional fee and only to notify Abc Learning Academy Limited in writing at least 24 hours before the start of the course.

1.13. Participation in our courses can be paid at our offices and can be done with cash. Following a later payment, you will be contacted by Abc Learning Academy Limited to confirm your participation.

3.13 The displayed prices include VAT or are exempt from VAT
